It is enough to place a teaspoon or a sachet of this dried plant in boiling water. It should be allowed to stand for about three minutes before straining it if necessary. It can be consumed hot, cold and at room temperature. You can sweeten it to your liking.

If you feel like it, you can grow chamomile at home, you only need a medium-sized pot and seeds of the plant. When the plant produces flowers, cut them and put them to dry in a dark and dry place upside down. Once dry, you can store the flowers in a glass container
